SlotKeeper privacy policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
SlotKeeper is a Google Forms add-on by Arkay Software. It has no server of its own. It runs inside Google's Apps Script service, under your Google account.
Google user data
- What is accessed: the questions, choices and responses of the form you use the add-on in, and the email address of your Google account.
- How it is used: responses are read to count the answers per choice, so the add-on can remove a full choice, put it back, and report overbooking. Your email address is used to send you alerts about your own form, and to tell you apart from other editors of the form.
- What is kept: your limits and options, the number of answers per choice, the choice texts, and the time and reason of any failure, in the add-on's storage for that form, which Google holds as part of the add-on. Respondents' answers, names and email addresses are not copied there or anywhere else; they stay in your form. If you enter a license key, it is kept in the add-on's storage for your Google account.
- Sharing: Google user data is not sent to Arkay Software or to anyone else, not sold, not used for advertising and not used to train any model. Nobody at Arkay Software can read it.
- Email: alerts go only to you, through Google's mail service. They name the form, the question and the choice, and contain no respondent answers. You can turn them off in the add-on's panel.
SlotKeeper's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Permissions
- forms.currentonly: read and change the one form the add-on is used in. No other form.
- script.container.ui: show the add-on's panel in the form editor.
- script.scriptapp: run automatically after each submission and once an hour.
- script.external_request: check a license key, as described below. Requests to any other address are blocked in the add-on's manifest.
- script.send_mail: send you the alerts described above.
- userinfo.email: know your address for those alerts.
Network requests
The add-on makes one kind of request of its own: when you use a Pro license key, it contacts Lemon Squeezy's license API (api.lemonsqueezy.com) with that key and a random instance name or instance id. It does this when you activate or remove a key, and at most once a week when you open the panel. Nothing about your form or its respondents is included, and the add-on does not keep the customer details Lemon Squeezy returns. If you never enter a key, no such request is made.
Purchases happen on Lemon Squeezy's checkout page. See lemonsqueezy.com/privacy. The add-on has no analytics and no tracking.
Removing your data
Press Turn off in the panel to restore your choices and delete the add-on's triggers and counts for that form. You can remove the add-on's access at any time in your Google Account under Third-party apps and services. Your responses are in your form, under your control, in every case.
