SlotKeeper is a Google Forms add-on provided by Arkay Software. By using it you agree to these terms.
The free tier
The free tier covers one limited question per form, with any number of choices and responses and no time limit. Removing and restoring choices, closing the form when choices run out, overbooking reports and failure alerts are included. If the free tier changes, forms that already use it keep what they had, and the change is announced in the add-on's panel and on the listing before it applies.
Pro
Pro adds any number of limited questions per form, limits on checkbox questions, remaining places in the choice text, and a total response limit. The price is $29.99 a year or $79 lifetime. Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, whose terms apply to the purchase, including refunds.
- A lifetime key is a single payment for the Pro features of SlotKeeper, for as long as the add-on is offered. It carries no later upgrade charge for those features.
- A yearly key is a single payment and lasts one year. It does not renew automatically; you can buy another. When it ends, forms already set up keep working as they are. An active key is needed only to add paid features to a form.
- A key can be active on a limited number of Google accounts, shown at purchase. You can move it by removing it in the add-on's panel.
- You will never be asked for a review or a rating in exchange for any feature.
What the add-on can and cannot do
SlotKeeper changes your form after responses arrive. It cannot stop two people who submit within the few seconds before a full choice is removed from both taking the last place, and it does not control how Google Forms treats a page that was opened before a choice was removed. It reports such overbooking to you. It depends on Google's services, which can be slow, limited by quotas, or unavailable. Do not rely on it alone where exceeding a limit would cause harm or legal consequences.
Your form and responses
Your form and its responses remain yours and stay in your Google account. You are responsible for your form's content and for handling respondents' data lawfully. How the add-on treats data is described in the privacy policy. Rewriting choices may remove pictures attached to them, so check a copy first if you use them.
No warranty
The add-on is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Arkay Software is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including missed or excess sign-ups.
