• your browser and whether you opened the file from Google Drive™ or from your computer;
• what you expected and what happened, and any message the app showed.

Please do not send us private files or the contents of private emails. If a file does not open, describe it (type, size, the program that made it) instead.

Purchases

Pro purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller. For a license key or a refund, reply to your receipt or write to the address above with the email you bought with.
